My daughter asked me to bring her to the cinema to watch Spiderman Brand New Day. It was better than I thought it would be, but it still looks like it was written by 4 different people of various talent in separate rooms with no mean to contact each other.
At one point they dropped a scene so utterly out of point my mind flipped out. Especially since it seemed to be taken from one of my dioramas.
A reasonably squalid public bath with a beautiful blonde in the blue water. She asks our hero to remove his clothes and go in the bath with her. That would have been so funny if he was just standing naked with his spiderman mask on.
But no, he’s in a black underwear which is ridiculous since Tom Holland actually wore a string during all the shooting. And there’s also something special happening in that bath so I just pushed a bit the buttons and made a more tender scene.
